Valentine Idaewor is a highly accomplished security and forensic professional with over a decade of progressive experience in corporate security leadership, forensic investigations, intelligence gathering, enterprise risk management, crisis response, and security operations.

He has successfully led multidisciplinary security teams, managed complex investigations, developed security strategies, and implemented organizational security frameworks across multiple business locations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Lyceum of the Philippines University, where he gained international exposure to criminal justice systems, investigative methodologies, forensic principles, crime scene management, and contemporary security practices. He is also pursuing a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, further strengthening his expertise in strategic security governance, policy development, international security, diplomacy, and organizational leadership.

Professionally, Valentine currently serves as a Cluster Chief Security Officer with Artee Group Industries Limited, where he oversees regional security operations, develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leads internal investigations, coordinates crisis management, supervises security personnel, and drives loss prevention initiatives. His expertise extends to intelligence gathering, forensic investigation, compliance management, security audits, threat assessments, and collaboration with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Valentine serves as the Administrative Officer of ANOC Forensic Academy International (AFAI), where he plays a key role in the Academy’s strategic administration, programme coordination, institutional development, policy implementation, and operational management. He supports the planning and delivery of professional training programmes, strengthens organizational systems, coordinates partnerships, and helps ensure that the Academy maintains the highest standards in forensic education, professional development, and administrative excellence.
