As the Founder and Director of Training of ANOC Forensic Academy International Ltd., he has played a pivotal role in advancing forensic science, criminal intelligence, counter-terrorism awareness, and investigative best practices across Nigeria and beyond. Under his leadership, the Academy has successfully trained personnel from key security and law enforcement institutions, including the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, Nigerian Navy, Nigerian Air Force, Department of State Services (DSS), National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and other government agencies.

Mr. Anochie possesses extensive expertise in criminal investigations, forensic intelligence, financial crime investigations, fraud detection, surveillance operations, cyber and digital forensics, crime scene management, forensic interviewing, document examination, fingerprint analysis, intelligence gathering, and risk assessment. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex investigations, coordinated intelligence-led operations, and provided expert investigative support for both public and private sector organizations.

Prior to establishing ANOC Forensic Academy International Ltd., he served as Training and Operations Manager at the International Academy of Forensics/UNILAG Consult, where he coordinated professional forensic and intelligence training programmes nationwide. He also worked as an Audit Senior and Forensic Consultant, leading fraud investigations, forensic audits, and corporate risk assessments for numerous organizations.

Beyond his work in Nigeria, Mr. Anochie has acquired significant international security experience in the United Kingdom, where he is a licensed Security Industry Authority (SIA) professional. He has worked with leading UK security organizations, providing security, public safety, access control, surveillance, safeguarding, and incident management services across high-profile public and private facilities.

His professional qualifications include MSc in Forensic Investigation, Advanced Diploma in Forensic Accounting and Criminal Intelligence, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. He holds numerous international certifications in forensic investigation, criminal intelligence, forensic psychology, forensic management, counter-terrorism, cyber forensics, expert witness testimony, fingerprint evidence analysis, crime scene investigation, and digital intelligence.

Mr. Anochie has participated in advanced forensic training programmes delivered by leading international forensic organizations, including specialist training in document examination, trace evidence analysis, latent fingerprint development, anti-terrorism forensics, wildlife forensics, cyber investigations, and advanced crime scene management.

A respected speaker, facilitator, and consultant, he has designed and delivered over one hundred professional training programmes, workshops, conferences, and certification courses for investigators, intelligence officers, auditors, security practitioners, and public sector professionals. His passion remains the development of world-class investigative capacity, promotion of forensic excellence, and strengthening of national security through professional education, intelligence-led investigations, and international collaboration.

He possesses extensive expertise in forensic investigations, crime scene management, fingerprint identification, ballistics, digital forensics, and criminal intelligence analysis. Throughout his career, he held several strategic leadership positions within the Force Forensic Section and the Force Criminal Investigations Department, culminating in his appointment as Assistant Inspector General of Police (Forensic), where he supervised forensic operations at the Force Headquarters and across the 36 States/FCT and other police formations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Bayero University Kano, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), a Master's Degree in Forensic/Correctional Psychology, and is a certified teacher registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree, reflecting his continued commitment to academic excellence, research, and professional development.

His professional training spans several countries, including Germany, France, Russia, Spain, and the United States of America, with specialized courses in forensic science, fingerprint identification, ballistics, cyber security, digital intelligence, crime scene investigation, and violent crime analysis. He is a Fellow and member of several prestigious national and international forensic and professional bodies and has received numerous awards in recognition of his outstanding contributions to forensic science, law enforcement, and public service.

A recognized authority in crime scene processing and Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems (AFIS), AIG Shehu Sani Gwarzo combines practical experience, academic knowledge, and strategic leadership in advancing forensic science and criminal justice administration. He remains committed to research, capacity building, institutional development, and the promotion of professionalism and excellence in forensic and security-related disciplines.

Dr. Dominic has published numerous papers on digital evidence and frequently speaks at international conferences.

Dr. Makata has over 20 years of teaching and administrative experience, and he is dedicated to advancing forensic science education in Africa.

A retired veteran intelligence officer with the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), he has dedicated decades of professional service to advancing national security, intelligence gathering, strategic analysis, counter-terrorism initiatives, conflict management, and financial crime investigations. His vast experience in intelligence operations and strategic security management positions him as a valuable asset in the advancement of forensic science, criminal intelligence, and security research.

Mr. Nwali-Onyia holds a Master's Degree in Public Accounting and is a Certified National Accountant (CNA) and Certified Institute of Forensic Management (CIFM) professional. He also possesses a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Finance and an Advanced Diploma in Forensic Money Laundering and Fraud Investigation, demonstrating his strong expertise in financial intelligence, anti-money laundering (AML), fraud detection, and forensic investigations.
